Description

This atomic force micrograph of an organic solar cell film shows fibers of about 10 nm in height protruding from a flat surface. Fibers emanate from particular points, in shapes reminiscent of spiders. One of these nanospiders is highlighted with a different color scheme the web is added for effect.
