Chirality plays a crucial role in life science, providing molecule’s interactions to give unique self-assembled superstructures. Here, polypeptoid was designed and synthesized to understand the effect of chirality effect on self-assembly in bioinspired peptidomimics devoid of hydrogen bonding.
